New version 3.15 of Virtualmin virtual-server module

I've just uploaded a new version of the Virtualmin virtual-server module, which fixes a bug in the SpamAssassin configuration. This bug manifests itself as a failure to validate domains and an incorrect Procmail recipe for each domain.
