Updated virtualmin-dav and virtualmin-svn packages

I've just uploaded version 2.0 and 2.4 of the DAV and Subversion packages to add support for Apache 2.2 style Digest authentication directives. This fixes the Apache restart errors on Fedora Core 5 systems.
