This is due to the CentOS folks dropping the /etc/centos-release file in 4.2 (it existed in prior 4.x releases) and so Webmin doesn't detect the OS version properly anymore. The redhat-release file can be linked or copied to /etc/centos-release, and this problem will probably go away.
