PHP script execution mode changed from FCGId to mod_php after upgrade to 5.05.gpl

Hi all,

after upgrading webmin-virtual-server:amd64 from 5.04.gpl to 5.05.gpl. at one of my Virtual servers the PHP scripts where run by mod_php even if PHP script execution mode was set to FCGId. phpinfo() told me: Server API: Apache instead of CGI/FastCGI.

Any idea what happened and how I can make sure other Virtual servers do not suffer the same?
