Webmin 1.821 released

Howdy all,

I've rolled out Webmin version 1.821 to all Virtualmin repositories.

Changes since 1.810 (1.820 was skipped in our repositories due wanting to fix a Let's Encrypt problem brought about by changes to the Let's Encrypt client file paths):

• Fixed several bugs in the BIND DNS Server module that caused Perl errors.
• Added support for editing TLSA (SSL Certificate) DNS records.
• Single MySQL database backups can now be downloaded in the browser.
• The Let's Encrypt key size can now be customized.
• More German, Norwegian and Catalan translation updates.
• Handle Let's Encrypt certificates in new locations.

As always, let us know about bugs in the tracker.
