Hey folks, Just did a entire server reinstall to upgrade from 14.04 to 16.04 and for the life of me I can not get phpmyadmin to install or roundcube.
When I install phpmyadmin on php version 5.6 on all settings it just wants to download a file.
When I install phpmyadmin on php version 7.0 I get
This site can’t be reached
mysite.com refused to connect.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
and the same for roundcube.

Any help is really appreciated as I am sitting here not able to put the website back up untill I get this solved. And to be honest I really do not want to go back to 14.04 unless I really have to.
