XAMPP with Webmin or someway to update apache, php

Hi, i have centos 6.8, webmin and virtualmin

I am trying to update for apache 2.4, php 7, maria db 10 with Webmin

I installed XAMPP but I have many problem with apache

The first problem was the forbidden error

I have been reading about the change in the configuration

Apache 2.2 Allow from all Apache 2.4 Require all granted

But I can not resolve this problem, What can I do?

I have installed xampp using https://linux4one.com/how-to-install-xampp-on-ubuntu-18-04/ tutorial. Much more proper information about installation of xampp and its tools is given there but updating xampp is also still question for me. Anyone know how to update xampp then please reply
