APACHE not working correctly after migrating

I have recently migrated my virtualmin from SolarVPS to AWS by using https://www.virtualmin.com/documentation/system/migrate. Now I am having issues in working of my websites. Like the homepage is working but I cannot navigate to other pages, I think its an htaccess issue or something.
