Another Day Another Database Update (brief downtime for Virtualmin.com)

Howdy all,

I'm putting the website into maintenance mode for a few minutes in order to upgrade to MariaDB 10 (using the SCL repo, for those who are curious). We'll be offline for about 20 minutes, I expect.

And...we're back! That took longer than expected. The SCL MariaDB 10 packages are a little bit weird. I don't know if I recommend folks use them, but I'll post some docs later (if no one has done so in the forums yet). But, the good news is that after jumping through all those hoops, I can finally use TO_BASE64() when making queries against the database (I did this to avoid writing a ~10 line script to add another password field to our license database, because I make good decisions).
