change home server - license not valid

Hi I am setting up a new home server but tried to install Cloudmin and get an error

Validating Cloudmin serial number xxxx8083 and key ########### .. license does not appear to be valid

Operating system CentOS Linux 6.6 Kernel and CPU Linux 2.6.32-504.el6.x86_64 on x86_64

I installed GPL then upgraded to Pro which seems fine, but wanting to install Cloudmin too.

as far as I am aware I have the correct licence and key any ideas ?

We're sorry that you're having trouble installing Cloudmin!

Could you start a new request in the Support Tracker, using the "Support" button above -- and there, mark it as private, and let us know the full Cloudmin serial number and license key you are using.

We can then look up those details and help you get it working.
