Upgrade from the command line

Hi,

From my Virtualmin dashboard it says all packages are up to date but when I run an apt-get upgrade on the command line it shows a lot of packages which have an update on my Ubuntu 12.04 LTS. Why is that?

I think the Virtualmin updates thing only lists packages that Virtualmin manages or relies on...which I think is probably bug-like. I think I've discussed it with Jamie in the past, but we probably didn't really make a decision to change it. I'm talking to Jamie about it again, and it'll probably be changed in the next release (it's actually easier not to keep up with a list of "Virtualmin-related" packages, so that code is probably thinking too hard about the problem, anyway).
