How does Virtualmin's status page measure disk usage?

I'm a bit confused as to how Virtualmin makes it to this conclusion, anyone want to explain this?

It's not the usage on /home/, and it's not /home/ and /root/ combined somehow, so I'm kind of stumped. It seems to always be quite far over where it should be.
