Got everything working perfectly except for 1 last thing: swap creation fails during VM creation. Any ideas?
When I boot up the newly created VM I see a 1GB /dev/xvdb device with 1 partition of type 83 (Linux). There is no entry in /etc/fstab for swap. Here's the creation log:
