Yup, that's possible! Cloudmin and Virtualmin are both Webmin modules, and they can co-exist on the same server.
Jamie tells me that it'd work just fine to run the Virtualmin installer on your system that's running Cloudmin, which would install Virtualmin and configure the related components on your server. The installer is available using the Downloads link above.
Or, you could just install the Virtualmin module, and manually configure those things.
