Virtualmin setup on LAN

Hi

Virtualmin is very cool. I have setup a test server and I liked what I saw so I am going to setup a server and put it in a co-location data center.

I will be setting up the server locally on my LAN where I do not have any external static IP addresses. I will get these at the data center.

Any tips on setting up virtualmin locally? Traps to avoid? Do I need to register the FQDN that I will eventually use when the box goes live at the data center?

Any tips will be greatly appreciated.
