OpenVZ migration with vzmigrate

I've try to move openvz instance to another physical system with cloudmin and it shutdown the instance create a tar file and scp it...

I would be great to use vzmigrate to do this job.

I've use vzmigrate to do it manually and I wanted to know how to manually refresh where the system is? Because it say that the openvz instance is down in the cloudmin interface.
