virtualmin-base: no apache2-suexec-custom dependency

with the last update of virtualmin-base (1.0-28) there isn't apache2-suexec-custom in the dependency list. why? suexec now it's an optional feature?

To use suexec It's still required to use the -custom version?

I believe you're correct... keep an eye out for a new virtualmin-base package with updated dependencies :-)
