The spamassassin command does not support the --siteconfigpath parameter

I've got this error :

«Failed to save enabled features : The spamassassin command does not support the --siteconfigpath parameter, which is needed by Virtualmin. The version installed is 3.2.1 - version 3.0 or later is recommended.»

that funny my version is uptodate

I'm running a fresh install of OS X server 10.5, and i'm trying to get this plugin working on virtualmin... any idea ?

Need more information ?

oh i forgot : siteconfigphat it's a compile command... so normaly Spamassassin like this form : sa-compile --siteconfigpath=MYPATH ... why virtualmin tried : spamassassin --siteconfigpath=MYPATH ?
