Virtual interface

Hello

I've got these question :

I've got one private address ( Example : eth0 192.168.1.XX )and it works well but i'm trying to do a virtual network interfaces i've got an error. i do a virtual server and assign a virtual interface (eth0 : 1 192.168.1.YY ) and when i tried to connetc virtualmin re-direct an anohter page , another virtual server of "real server".

Now , i'm using debian 5 and Virutalmin pro.
