If I have a vps and the user changes their ip address within the guest (edits /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 under CentOS) and restarts the network, Cloudmin still thinks the vps is using the old ip while the vps now uses the new ip. Is there a way to prevent users from being able to change the ip inside the vps to prevent conflicts?
I could see people doing this on purpose and it could interfere with other vps'. Thanks
