Cannot start newly created VPS

Not sure what the problem is. Here are my system specs:

-Stock CentOS 5.4 x86 installation -Ran Cloudmin install script -Cloudmin installed without issue -Downloaded CentOS image without issue -Created new VPS without problems

I click on "List Managed Systems", select my vps, click start and receive message that it started:

Starting up system vps1.test.int .. .. startup complete.

However the Status is still DOWN. I can't start any vps' at all. No errors; nothing. What am I doing wrong? Is there a file I can check for errors? Thanks
