need help to setup new server

I have almost 48 domain i bought from godaddy

i am using his service for dns

but i am finding some time it is taking long to find site i remember joe advice me to use virtualmin with dns server so now i am in the process of setting up server

i installed centos with virtualmin pro 3.77

i like to know best approch will be so my website are easily accessible

Please advice

if i am using virtualmin and dns

which will be my master dns which will be my slave dns server
