how to migrate from image based VPS to LVM based VPS?

Hi,

Does anyone know if there's an easy way to migrate from an image based VPS to an LVM based one?

How about the oposite?

We are looking for storage solutions and I believe we will have to switch back to image files in oposite to LVMs.
