Cloudmin EC2 Provisioning

I see where Cloudmin can provision EC2 servers and manage AMI's, but...

Can Cloudmin be used to Launch Specific AMIs in conjunction with server provisioning, a one click install of a specific app for instance where machine, OS, and app are all provisioned at the same time?
