Migrate Virtual server problems

After updating the system (Debian 4.0 r3 -> Debian 5.0.3) had to reinstall Webmin and Virtualmin. After reinstalling, all the virtual server from Virtualmin control panel is gone. But all the data (Apache2, DNS, Mail, etc.) are preserved on the server.

How to recover all the virtual servers?
