Starting clamd fails

From the "Spam and Virus Scanning" section of Email Messages in Virtualmin

When trying to start spamd:

failed to start : Starting clamd.virtualmin: ERROR: LOCAL: Socket file /var/run/clamd.virtualmin/clamd.sock could not be bound: Permission denied [FAILED]

Thoughts ?
