Failed to lock file apache-restart after 5 minutes at web-lib-funcs.pl line 1315

I just got this error in Virtualmin GPL when I created a new sub-server. Not a big deal, since everything seems to be working like it's supposed to. Just thought I'd mention it in case a snappy young Virtualmin developer wanted to look into it.
