Hi,
I can find some tutorials on how to create a windows image to Xen but, what is the best way to do that with cloudmin? And what about create other images with iso files?
I'd like to try some Windows web server 2008 and 2003 and maybe a windows xp/vista/7 too. Will it work fine?
How can we do it?
Cloudmin is very nice software!
Howdy,
I don't have specific answers to all your questions, but I'm hoping I can point you in the right direction, at least until Joe and Jamie are awake :-)
Cloudmin can do some basic management of Windows Virtual Machine's -- booting it, shutting it down, and a handful of other things. It does more interesting things with the UNIXy Operating Systems at the moment, but it should be able to do some basic functions.
I don't know that there's any tricks to creating the Windows images themselves. If Xen can boot it, Cloudmin should be able to start and stop it.
Joe made a post on the Windows capabilities of Cloudmin here:

Also, there's some documentation for Cloudmin. It contains very little on Windows, and it's still a bit disorganized and incomplete at the moment, but it may be interesting nonetheless :-) You can find that here:
