When every time modifying virtual servers or when we creating new domains php-fpm is going down, atleast 20 seconds downtime for every changes, it should be minified

Good point - we'll use a more graceful restart of the FPM server in future.

Jamie added that into our source control system already actually, that should indeed be out in our next Virtualmin release.
