I'm new and I don't know how to report a possiblr bug since I'm not a premium user. So I'll mention it here.
On the Let’s Encrypt SSL Certificate page, at the bottom, when I click on the buttons to copy the certificate to various services, after the process is complete, the button for that service is no longer there, except the Dovecot button. After I clicked the Dovecot button, it processed and the next page showed it was successful:
Copying certificate and key to Dovecot files .. .. wrote out certificate and CA in /etc/dovecot/private/dovecot.pem, and key in /etc/dovecot/private/dovecot.key Enabling SSL in Dovecot configuration .. .. done But when I return to the SSL Cerificate management page, the button is still there and Dovecot doesn’t appear in the list of services already using the certificate like all of the other services that were processed. The list: “This SSL certificate is already being used by : Webmin, Usermin, Postfix, ProFTPD”
Same issue, I noticed a file in root / dovecot.key.ca, maybe that was copied to the wrong spot. Update: ignore that, I moved it and restarted dovecot and it failed restart missing that file in root.

Same Issue Here. After changeing the Hostname and after Lets Encrypt ssl cert Installation. The Dovecot Button will not disapear.
Hello same bug, can anyone tell how to fix? Installed clean Centos 7, installed Virtualmin, created domain, maked SSL with letsenecrypt - ok Copy to Dovecot SSL working, but result same, wrong dovecot.key.ca path and button till exist... 100% silimar issues like first post on clean newly installed system.
Virtualmin support can you FIX it ?
Same problem here!
I updated virtualmin and after ssl renewals, I noticed that email clients showed warnings that the ssl certificate is not trusted. So I noticed that Port 993 does not server the Ca Authority Certificate correctly and the SSL chain is broken.
So I decided to install a fresh CentOS 7.6 server, then updated, installed virtualmin, set up a virtual server and then created ssl certificate. When I copy to Dovecot using the button, the button stays there (all the other buttons of webmin, postfix etc disappear after I press them)
It seems like the latest virtualmin release is having bugs regarding dovecot and virtualmin pointing the correct ssl to dovecot config also.
