The error you're receiving states:
can't create user output fileA common cause for that is that the user has reached their quota, or maybe the entire domain has reached it's quota. The disk could also be full.

Yeah, I saw a warning like that. But I didn't set a quota. How do I remove all quotas for my domain?
The problem is corrected when you remove the quota definition in the domain. Thanks andreychek. (I deleted some of my first post for security.)
