"404 Not Found nginx/1.12.2" error

I recently moved from Plesk to Virtualmin however I'm having an issue with all my sites getting a "404 Not Found nginx/1.12.2" error on all pages except the homepages. How do I fix?

Hi,

Have you checked the error logs yet? Typically they'll give you some indication as to what is happening.
