Howdy -- thanks for contacting us!
This looks like a similar issue to the other request -- the app is generating a 500 error, which means that there would be an error in the Apache error logs. What error is showing up in $HOME/logs/error_log when attempting to install that script?

Which PHP version are you using there?
Doing a little digging, it looks like osTicket doesn't work on newer PHP versions:

CentOS 7 comes with PHP 5.x, can you try using that PHP version and see if that helps?
Hi,

Jamie, it looks like we're offering osTicket 1.9.16, there appears to be a newer version though, 1.11. Is that something we can include in our Install Scripts?
