I was in the process of implementing some firewall rules today (not sure if that's related or not, but that's what I happened to be doing) and suddenly the Virtualmin dashboard (i.e. main landing page) will not load. I just get the progress bar swinging from side to side but nothing appears in the main content area.
The left-hand-side menu is fine, and I can access any of the system functionality through that menu, but the dashboard itself won't load.
I restarted Webmin, and indeed rebooted the whole machine.
I checked the miniserv.error log and here is the excerpt since restart:

I'm guessing the clue is the "scheduled_collect_system_info : Already running" line. Can anyone help with how I can troubleshoot this?
