We have mailexample.ca for our email server and would like to have a mailexample.com domain at the same time. We'd like to use our existing .ca mail server for receiving emails from the said .com domain. Aside from using virtual aliases, is there another way?
Howdy,
Are you saying that you want the two domains to each essentially share the same email accounts?
The only seamless way to do that is to have one be an alias of the other.
A more manual alternative if that's really not what you want -- you could setup one to be a standalone Virtual Server, and configure the same email addresses in it, and just set them up to forward to the first domain. That's not ideal (for that we recommend using an alias). But if an alias really isn't what you're after, this could be a workaround.
