opencart 3.0.3.1 install script fail problem

Hi trying to install Open Cart 3.0.3.1 on backup server (previous version installed ok v 3.0.2.0 on production server) I get the following error: Failed to install script : Download of https://github.com/opencart/opencart/releases/download/3.0.3.1/3.0.3.1-O... failed : HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found

I checked on github and can download from here (not sure how the release folder work on github): https://github.com/opencart/opencart/archive/3.0.3.1.zip

I also see an issue raised, not sure if that relates https://github.com/opencart/opencart/issues/7162

should I raise a Ticket ?

also path is wrong maybe https://github.com/opencart/opencart/releases/download/3.0.3.1/opencart-...

if done with Softaculous script aks there in forum
