Hello all.
I've running webshops in my current dedicated server, and started them with LAMP at the time.
I would like to migrate to LEMP, but don't want to loose my webshops.
I can I do this migration? Is it possible to simply change the stack to LEMP? If I have to install a new server from scratch, will I be able to import my backups from current LAMP stack server?
I'm not finding much information about this, mostly I get how to install from scratch, but nothing about migrations.
Help appreciated.
Thanks.
It seems to me that I did this once, but I can't remember what I did. It might be easier to back up all of your virtual servers and reinstall.
Your virtual servers should re-import cleanly, except that anything relying on an .htaccess file won't work, until the equivalent config is put in the relevant sites-available nginx conf files. There are things to be added for WordPress, for example.
Hi.
I'm trying restoring but stalls at "Adding new virtual website .." right in the first domain being imported.
Any ideias of any especial setting?
