spammers on forum

whats the best way to let the admin guys know about these spammers ? I run a forum and added a link to "report this message"
just so we can get reports to admin quicker of the specific message :o)

Howdy -- yeah, spammers suck that's for sure. We try to do our best to keep things cleaned up, but sometimes you guys see it before we do :-)

For the time being, the best way to handle that would be to just create a support request and mention it there.

You don't have to open a new one each time, just open a single support request, and any time you see a spam message, just add a comment to it.

We're really hoping to roll out better Forum software that provides us with better tools for dealing with spam, but in the meantime the above is the best way to report it.
