Strange problem while creating new site

hello all,

I have a strange problem, when i create a new site, all my sites are pointing to this !!! When i delete it, everything comes back to normal.. i tried it several times..

i use Virtualmin v6.04 on a Debian Linux 8. I updated but no change...

the problem occurs no matter what domain i am adding, .co.uk, .com, etc when i disable the newly added domain, the message "domain disabled" appears on all my sites.. :(
