Change default domains for Let's Encrypt request

Greetings!

I'm trying to change (shorten) the list of sub-domains being included in the Let's Encrypt SSL Cert request, Searching options, google and file system on server for any config file for days now without any luck,

Could you guys point me to where I should change that list? Is the one in Server Configuration -> SSL Certificate -> Let's Encrypt tab -> Domains associated with this server option.

I think it picks up names from your DNS records, but you can just select 'Domains listed here' and add what you want instead of what it suggests by default.
