We'd like all our users (website owners with Webmin logins enabled) to have one standard Authentic Theme configuration. We do not want them to be able to change font family, color palette or set any other Global, Navigation menu or Hotkey options. I understand there could be cases when other hosting vendors want their customers to set their own theme options, so therefore instead of hiding this explicitly we suggest to make this optional: let master user choose if he wants regular users to set theme options or not.
Thanks for consideration!

Ilia, I've just tested this and it works. Thank you very much!
Now, when you've hidden the theme options from regular users, two tiny buttons which appear next to the theme version on hover become obsolete for regular users to see, so can you hide them too?
Only administrators (master users) deal with theme upgrade and information anyway. Regular users should care about managing their websites and nothing else. At least we'd like to have such a setup in our company's system.
Ohh, forgotten about it. I will do it now.
Done.

Hi Ilia, just have tested this again and I se no more icon for theme options, however info icon and the Update Notice pop up window are still available for regular users. I believe while it is really good to keep that icon for master administrators, for end-user website owners it represents no useful information, so could you please hide info icon from regular users too?
Also it would be nice to hide Virtualmin documentation icon link that appears on hover of Virtualmin version. Again while it is really useful for the master admins who manage Virtualmin servers to have direct link to Virtualmin documentations, for the end users who care about their websites only that icon link doesn't represent any useful information.
Done!

Thanks Ilia! I am eager to try this, but there is an error reported on https://www.virtualmin.com/comment/804266#comment-804266

Excellent! One more suggestion if you care: currently the end-user (website owners) sees the following on System Information page:
Theme version 19.20-beta6
It's right that the end-users do not care about reading the detailed information or clicking on the theme update button, so you correctly removed both buttons, however it would be nice for them to see we are using Authentic Theme, so you could mention the theme's name as, for example:
Authentic Theme version 19.20-beta6
or
Theme version Authentic Theme 19.20-beta6
I used to have Authentic Theme in place. I decided to remove. Probably taking it to the left side would be better.

Yes, it would be in the line with how the rest of the stack looks:
Webmin version 1.894.1028.1330
Usermin version 1.741
Virtualmin version 6.04
