Howdy -- well, let's start here ... is the website for that domain working?

Until the website is working, you won't be able to get a Let's Encrypt SSL certificate.

It appears that there's a DNS issue preventing DNS lookups from working.

You can get a DNS report here:

Are you intending to host DNS on your server? Or do you wish to use a third party for hosting DNS? And is "82.2.31.20" the correct IP for your server?

82.2.31.20 is external IP I can access domain at https://192.168.37.158:10000 and I am intending to host DNS on my server. let's start here ... is the website for that domain working? Not working

the website is not working correctly.

Hmm, I don't seem to be able to remotely access any ports on the IP "82.2.31.20".

If your server is behind a NAT router, have you configured your router to forward any incoming traffic to your server?

I have installed ubuntu 16.04 on hyper-v and I have not configured my router to forward any incoming traffic to my server because I don't know how.

When I go to Control Panel -->Network and Internet--> Network Connections on Windows 10 I have the followings: 1) Bluetoooth Network Connection (not connected) 2) Ethernet Network 3) vEthernet (Default Switch) Unidentified Network (hyper-v Virtual Ethernet A.... It is where I have installed Ubuntu 16.04 for Virtualmin When I double click on pop up window I have: IPv4 Connectivity: No network access IPV6 Connectivity: No network access Media State: Enabled Maybe you can guide me from here:

Yeah, it sounds like that's the issue -- you're going to need to configure your router to forward traffic to your server.

How to go about that is unfortunately outside the scope of what we can help with -- for that, you'd need to consult your router documentation, or work with their support and/or community.

If you're having trouble with Virtualmin itself, we can help with that, but it sounds like the issue you're seeing there is related to your network hardware.
