I am trying to change the "Primary email address enabled?" and the "Additional email addresses" settings in Email Settings in a virtual domain and the system completely ignores it. I don't see any error message, it just ignores my changes.
I have searched to see if there are some error messages explaining the problem but couldn't find any. I have also tried to use the Virtualmin CLI commands, the system says my changes were applied but I don't think that is true.
I have tried to install several modules from Webmin I didn't want to - like Spam Assassin, procmail even sendmail - Just in case there is some dependency. But that doesn't help. I really don't know how to deal with this problem.
I am doing this on a brand new Ubuntu 18.04 set up with Webmin 1.890 and Virtualmin 6.03. From email services my base installation includes Postfix and Dovecot.
I guess I solved it. I re-installed Virtualmin using the install.sh method and it now works.
Previously it wouldn't work because I installed webmin and virtualmin over the Debian repositories. On the way I realized Ubuntu 18.04 is not supported yet. So you guys who work on building support for 18.04 have a look at that scenario.
