The latest Authentic theme release is really annoying with the cloudmin List Managed Systems page. Whereas it used to just display the updates that were available on each server, those links are now all animated, and only appear when you hover over the server. This is really annoying and makes it lots more painful to check on updates. I think in general the Authentic theme is getting way over-animated and it looks like these things are just getting thrown in because it's possible. --- it's a control panel, not a video game.
Anyway I'd love to see less of this sort of thing going on - as it is the behavior keeps changing, and I think things like this are a real detriment to usability. Just my opinion.

Hi cruiskeen, I have to agree with you on things getting to animated with "fancy" and "cool" stuff, and this is unfortunately happening almost everywhere, not only in Virtualmin/webmin. Authentic theme is getting all the attention nowadays, and I think Ilia is doing a nice job with it. I have used Virtualmin Framed Theme for ages (13+ years Pro user) but started some month ago to use Authentic mainly due to the browser (Firefox ESR) soon will end the possibility to use Java File Manager. I really hope Ilia will keep Authentic as clean as possible.
In general, most of the "fancy stuff" makes things less user-friendly, more harder to work with and also more time consuming, I'm not saying everything is bad, there are also things that help me and makes my work easier and faster, and I think these things should be in focus in development, not flashy and fancy stuff that many times are totally useless, they are just a "cool thing".
Virtualmin Pro is a really important work tool for us, and I want to keep our tools as clean, simple, easy to work in and also as fast as possible. I will continue to leave my comments, thoughts and wishes on Authentic Theme so that Ilia can make it as good as possible.

Yes, I actually meant it to make it visible at the first place, simply because there's informative data behind it.
