Trying to use Jailkit issue

I went to the area to enable jailkit and when i hit the link to bring up the help i get: Failed to read help file /usr/libexec/webmin/virtual-server/help/limits_jail.html

I am not confident i can activate jailkit without some other issue.

i tired it on a test domain and so far so good...
