License issued to old server. Old server serial number was 5566267. New server serial number 5559251 license needs to be transferred and the old server removed from my account

Ah, I understand what you're after now... the old licenses unfortunately can't be renewed, but what you can do is apply the new license to your existing server.
To do that, you can run a command such as the following:
virtualmin change-license --serial SERIAL_NUM --key KEY
