To Virtualmin
I have the same issues as mentioned in the older support case here - https://www.virtualmin.com/comment/740679#comment-740679 When doing provisioning on the same server as WHMCS resides it doesn't get the OK back to WHMCS, which indicates that the process get's dropped, so I need to refresh the page afterwards. Secondly, I see the following PHP error mod_fcgid: can't lock process table in pid 2745.
Where do I find the module configuration as Eric mentions to see if this can solve the issue?
--> Howdy, If you look in Webmin -> Servers -> Apache -> Module Config -> System Configuration, what is "Command to apply configuration" set to? If it's not set to "/usr/sbin/apache2ctl graceful", I'm curious if using that resolves the issue you're seeing. -Eric <--

Howdy -- on the Authentic Theme, rather than showing the "Module Configuration" text, it's replaced with a gear icon. There should be a gear icon on the top-left of the page.

Thanks :) The "Command to apply configuration" has the following command systemctl reload httpd.service
Should I change this to /usr/sbin/apache2ctl graceful to avoid loosing WHMCS while applying module configurations?

I'm not sure whether or not that will resolve the issue, but it's definitely worth a try!
If not we can go over some other ideas.
