Yes but its very basic. You may want to check Rancher or OpenShift for something with complete Docker support.
By basic I mean, it can create a container and that is about it. Nothing else. You will need to do the port forwarding, proxy, etc, networking, etc, all the configs manually.

We know. It's on the todo list. There's tons of stuff we could/will be doing with Docker; we're just not there yet.
