New credit card...

G'day,

I remembered that the license 5561572 on my account was purchased on a rolling subscription basis and went to try update up credit card details. I have not wish to cancel this license but the card you have on file will bounce the next time you try to take payment. What do I need to do to update these details?

Howdy -- thanks for contacting us!

Joe is currently working on a form for updating credit card information, but as things currently stand there unfortunately isn't a way to do that.

The only way to do so would be to cancel a license, and then re-purchase a new one.

However, it looks like your license is good for another few months.

Knowing that, my suggestion is to wait a bit -- as by that point Joe should hopefully be all done the new card update screen.
