missing SPAM folders on new email accounts

missing SPAM folders on new email accounts

hi Folks,

I'm using a Virtualmin 4.17 system / with Usermin 1.660.

In the past, all the email accounts I've created with domains always have had a SPAM folder, and a pretty good built in SPAM filter.

I'm now setting up accounts, but the SPAM folder is missing, and a horrendous amount of SPAM is ending in my INBOX's.

Is there any simple way to see what has caused this to happen?

Howdy,

Well, let's start here -- if you look in Edit Virtual Server -> Enabled Features, is the "Spam filtering" option currently enabled?
